Pros

Enjoyed working for the company. People were very nice the atmosphere was laid back, the management team was very knowledgable and always willing to help. I looked forward to going to work each day and learning something new. I hoped that this company would have been a place I retired. Wish my time there was longer but ended due to a few late morning arrivals on my part. However that rule doesnt apply to ALL of the staff, management, nor departments.

Cons

Enforce your companies rules, policies, and regulations across all departments and all employees. Be resepectful and return ALL personal property to those who did not have a chance to gather their items. I still have yet to recieve any of them. (clay pot made by my son and money left in desk and on the Cafe money machine). Welcoming was very friendly but the goodbye extremely unprofessional and rude. I was treated extremely rude and as though I was a dishonest hostile individual. I was advised the company no longer needed my service after they called my mother at 10 pm to inform me that my services werent needed. They had my phone number as well as email. And I dont live with my mother either. They wouldn't even allow a friend from their staff to give me ANY of my belongings. So if you decide to take a job there, dont leave anything behind!

Pros

Great communication, organization, and management. Horizon cares about their employees and it shows with all the resources that are available as well as benefits that are included upon employment.

Cons

None, really. Sometimes documentation can take a little longer, but the company is consistently providing interventions to better service, their customers and employees.

Pros

Had great leadership in the IT department. Found them easy to talk with and an open door policy. Benefits were decent and the bonus structure was fair.

Cons

Communication with operations was sometimes difficult understanding what the client wanted.
