Incredibly challenging work expectations with no acknowledgement or reward for a job well done. Other people will benefit from your hard work and will never give you the credit you deserve or recognize your talent and contributions. Management is extremely disconnected from reality. Remaining employees are only concerned about protecting their own jobs. There are no advancement opportunities, expect promises to be broken. Disproportional priority given to IT support staff.
