Beware - proceed with caution - Anonymous employee HB Staffing Employee Review

This is a family owned company, which they do not let you know before you start working there. There is a lot of drama within the family as none of them seem to get along. They play favorites and give preferential treatment. There are lots of broken promises given to employees within this company. Management is never satisfied and unwilling to support, encourage, or motivate their employees. This is a kick you while you are down style of management. The office is unclean - moldy water in kitchen, food left in fridge for months on end, stains on all furniture, etc. Very toxic environment!!!
