Pros
Lot of core competencies. Leader in infotainment market. Free night food and cab facility. The best CEO in the country in product segment. Some core projects are well managed, and have lot of scope to learn.
Cons
Bad work culture. You work 11-15 hours everyday. Some projects needs you to write your entry time on a display drawing board, marked in red/green to indicate the arrival time. You stay late and your out time is not marked. Your timesheet stays on a drawing board for the entire month. Sick life. You have no time for breakfast, dinner. Lunch time is tracked by manager. I would rate 0/10 for the management of the project. It's not motivational for any employee to work.
