Most unorganized company I've ever worked for - RN HARBOR HEALTHCARE SYSTEM Employee Review

SO unorganized. I had little to no training before I was sent to see patients alone. I didn't know half their policies and procedures, when I asked, no one knew where I could get them. Charts were sloppy. They hired a nurse who had very little management experience and zero hospice experience. Unlicensed personnel did all the work. This company is not worth risking your license.
