Unrealistic sales goals in a fickle economy. Not open to ideas because it will cost money. Will talk to you like you’re expendable and then have the gall to be shocked when you decide to leave. Constant rude, abrasive emails from two managers in particular. Neurotic, negative, passive aggressive and downright disrespectful at times. Bullying tactics and you will become a target if you stand up for yourself. Lack of communication is a common theme with no accountability. Expects positivity and grace but never gives it. Upper management will blatantly lie and throw you under the bus. It doesn’t matter if you were there and remember all of the details, they will lie to save their own butts. No room for growth.
