Pros
You can forge friendships easily with the other teachers. Food during snack time was provided, work location was near to residence, school routine was very easy to adapt to.
Cons
Teachers' welfare has got to be taken seriously. There wasn't ample courses for teachers to upgrade themselves professionally. There were micro-managing to a certain degree.
