Pros
Get paid to sit/walk around and look busy. You can be a senior technician in your department quickly by just lasting longer than a year, if you don’t feel like doing a task you can just say so and they will give it to the next sucker down the list. 5/8’s day shift in the air conditioning.
Cons
No holiday pay, PTO policy is a bit of a scam, horrible 401k match(2%), company is reactive to competitive pay raises in the industry. Revolving door for new hires and fed up employees.
