      Pros

      The sheer variety of calls is a major pro for me, I've grown so much as a counsellor and learned a lot in my time here so far. The team here are great, I enjoy working with the managers and team members - it's a demanding role, there is a lot expected of you, but the support is excellent.

      Cons

      There are no massive cons of working here. An area that Health Assured are working on, and one that I've found useful, is giving some more variety of work so that counsellors are not just spending all their time on the phone.
