      ● My manager was very supportive. Never a question too big or too small. ● I learnt a lot about risk and safeguarding ● Great exposure to a variety of client presentations. ● CPD is great ● A company that continues to grow.

      Cons

      ● A company which focuses on client/ organisation complaints as a priority. ● Punitive in the way they manage staff. ● High staff turnover. ● Senior management are unfriendly.
