Pros
Some of the co workers are nice but the good ones are leaving all the time.
Cons
They will hire you to do Environmental work but once you are in they will force you to do archeology all the time which is basically hard labor job breaking the ground. There is no career growth. They advertise as the best company up there but their equipment breaks down every other day and the quality of the service I don't even wanna go in there. Anyone can do any job kind of attitude doesn't help. If needed they will just pick someone from the street and call them a specialist and try to fool the clients. This is by far the worst place I ever worked and the turn over rate is sky high. They loose people back and forth and always hiring. The management shows favoritism to one set of people who are mostly ex Sharp employees and the rest of them are treated as second class citizens. If you are in the good books of the management you can become a manager or specialist in no time without any real qualifications or experience. Also there is no privacy and I was given my co workers email access after they left and I could snoop through every one of their emails if I wanted. I never seen any other company doing that. They might monitor emails but never seen anyone giving full access to other employees.
