      Pros

      Family Friendly, good people and good work hours. Not much more I could think or say for Pros for the company!!!

      Cons

      Poor Management No Raises No Growth Lack of safety No employee recognition Favoritism Expect to do work that you're not certified or experienced in doing "just do it".

      Pros

      Excellent place to work. Has a start-up feel without being a start-up, so HR and other support systems are a bit more defined while still maintaining a close familial feel.
