Pros
Long term employees mixed with about 50% under 2 years Fun at christmas Lively office environment
Cons
Since being bought out by SGS the company is going through an identity crisis. The current management are used to their "it's always been done this way" while the parent company believes it's meant for more and expects huge growth. This conflict creates frustration because of the mandate to grow without follow up investment. They fire without providing feedback first. Everyone is hugely overworked No desire for automation - they love their spreadsheets and not sharing information They will not invest in training but expect people to come already knowing their business Expectations are vague and not defined in how we're going to get there People are constantly going on stress leave
