Pros
I met some incredibly talented and nice people. Unfortunately they all worked in Kansas City, far from my location. Working on the corporate side offers growth opportunities depending on management.
Cons
In recent years management has changed almost on a yearly basis and with it the direction of the company. Smaller corporate offices have little oversight and are often not well managed. Employees are often just a number and come the end of tax season those "numbers" are reduced.
