Co workers and immediate people around you are awesome and the main reason to work here, lenient attendance schedule. 8-12 week furlough after the tax season ends.
Cons
After 6 years of hiring from within and performance increases, the new director thought it would be in the best interest of the company to slash budgets, outsource the Tier 1 role, hire "site managers" that did not and could not perform their job and destroy the morale of the entire organization, Benefits are ACA minimum, They call you a seasonal employee to get out of having to pay you that way.
