      The employee discount, decent hours.

      Cons

      Management was generally rude and encouraged other employees to be rude to customers as well. Sort of an odd retail experience compared to working at other companies.

      Pros

      Benefits even for part-timers is a huge win! Sick leave, vacation, and community days. Nice management and really friendly coworkers. Decent employee discount. Diverse and welcoming environment.

      Cons

      Very stressful work environment considering the low pay. Poorly managed and operated. They clearly try to run lean and do as much work with as few people as possible. Very unprofessional overall and a lot of greenwashing.
