      Decent healthcare and sick pay polices Pay is decent for industry, but not amazing Most coworkers are lovely Free food in the office sometimes

      HR has a track record of harassment and retaliation against trans and non binary staff members HR is slow to respond to questions, responds with minimal amounts of information, is often rude regardless of questions being asked Company does not listen to employee feedback around work life balance Bad communication of policy changes

      Pros

      Benefits even for part-timers is a huge win! Sick leave, vacation, and community days. Nice management and really friendly coworkers. Decent employee discount. Diverse and welcoming environment.

      Cons

      Very stressful work environment considering the low pay. Poorly managed and operated. They clearly try to run lean and do as much work with as few people as possible. Very unprofessional overall and a lot of greenwashing.
