Pros

I met pretty amazing people here. They made my day a lot easier after taking so many calls. The benefits are also a good reason to stay.

Cons

The schedule is horribly inconsistent. Benefits are good but incentives are eh. They started to give free fruit to provide a healthy option but come to find out ... they need to be counted out per day and there was never enough for the site. It would all be gone within less than an hour. In a time when so many companies are offering free snacks and lunches to their employees, you would think H&M would step up especially knowing the little options they have in the area and only have 30 minutes to find food and eat. It’s more stressful than relaxing . Promotions ... well once u got to second line you pretty much had to brown nose to move up and also not do much apparently . Lol Also, the last 4 sup promotions had been all men which seemed suspect to me. I did leave on good terms gave my 2 weeks but I was never even given an exit interview. I feel like they knew I would say this so they wanted to avoid it.

Pros

Benefits even for part-timers is a huge win! Sick leave, vacation, and community days. Nice management and really friendly coworkers. Decent employee discount. Diverse and welcoming environment.

Cons

Very stressful work environment considering the low pay. Poorly managed and operated. They clearly try to run lean and do as much work with as few people as possible. Very unprofessional overall and a lot of greenwashing.
