      If you want to work in fast fashion, maybe is a good brand that gives you a good experience on the CV

      Cons

      The company has grown so fast that they are not structured at all and the people who manage teams within the firm do not even know what manage means. Most of people come from stores and do not even know that profit is revenue-costs

      Pros

      Benefits even for part-timers is a huge win! Sick leave, vacation, and community days. Nice management and really friendly coworkers. Decent employee discount. Diverse and welcoming environment.

      Cons

      Very stressful work environment considering the low pay. Poorly managed and operated. They clearly try to run lean and do as much work with as few people as possible. Very unprofessional overall and a lot of greenwashing.
