Pros

- Shifts go fast - Pretty good employee discount - Loved an early shift (7-11am) they went so fast - Liked that you could help out in other stores it was a change of scenery - your automatically paid for your overtime, even if you clock out a few mins late you’re paid for it - uniform is really relaxed, you can wear whatever as long as it doesn’t have a brand logo on, even if it’s not h&m clothing

Cons

- Hard work for the money, constantly running round getting stuff done. - long days on your feet - customers can be rude - some stores you’re not allowed water bottles on shop floor, can’t always go in the back for a drink if managers deem it too busy so you’re sometimes stuck a few hours without a drink (this of course depends on which store).

Pros

Job had potential growth when company was in a healthy state, ability to move into different career paths internally, pay is competitive, discounts on clothes a plus

Cons

Company lacks ability to adapt and evolve with market which has resulted in poor sales, mass layoffs, constant restructuring of positions, putting people in positions with limitedexperience and setting them up for failure consistently, poor leadership, lack of accountability and ownership, bonus structure poor, work life balance non existent if you are in an operations role.
