The good parts aren’t really down to management; it’s just that there are some solid people working here.

Cons

It’s the kind of place that’s always doing another round of layoffs, then acting like none of it’s their fault. They overcomplicate just about everything, make basic stuff harder than it needs to be, and never own up when things go wrong. People who’ve put in 10, 20, even 30 years get treated like they don’t matter ; underpaid, overlooked, and pushed aside like they’re disposable.

Pros

Job had potential growth when company was in a healthy state, ability to move into different career paths internally, pay is competitive, discounts on clothes a plus

Cons

Company lacks ability to adapt and evolve with market which has resulted in poor sales, mass layoffs, constant restructuring of positions, putting people in positions with limitedexperience and setting them up for failure consistently, poor leadership, lack of accountability and ownership, bonus structure poor, work life balance non existent if you are in an operations role.
