      Pros

      Good pay and benefits, coworkers were always very kind.

      Cons

      Management is a mess, constant restructuring, never taking agent concerns seriously, demoting full teams and making them reapply for positions they already had, increasing responsibilities to departments without significant pay increases.... And not to mention it's all still peddling fast fashion.

      Pros

      Benefits even for part-timers is a huge win! Sick leave, vacation, and community days. Nice management and really friendly coworkers. Decent employee discount. Diverse and welcoming environment.

      Cons

      Very stressful work environment considering the low pay. Poorly managed and operated. They clearly try to run lean and do as much work with as few people as possible. Very unprofessional overall and a lot of greenwashing.
