Pros
- Allowed to build your own workload (I've been doing traffic planning, accounting, and audit package preparation) - People are great to work with - Very flexible with usage of PTO - Benefits/starting salary are very competitive - Will pay for graduate classes if deemed necessary
Cons
- Working with government clients means you will probably be subjected to a lot of external bureacracy - Deadlines can be tight due to client pressure
