Pros

Pro was a good base salary to start minimum at $80-$85k good benefits and beautiful offices with snacks

Cons

Miami office - Lack of communication, senior administrative and executive assistants all have their own ways and look down upon new admins. People seem nice in front of you but will trash talk about you behind your back. Don’t trust no one here ! Stay away from this company they have 0 consideration for you! Out dated company directory is all dependent on a excel sheet updated once a month. Also their IT system is out dated in order to trouble shoot you have to contact IT via email which can sometimes take time when you have an emergency and need someone with you asap is not available. People get hired and fired constantly in this company so if you want stability this is not the place. They will fire you with no word or warning. Simply because he said she said with out running anything by you! Terrible management and there is favoritism! HR is basically non existent! Training also sucks it’s like 3 days then fend for yourself. You will be very disappointed.

Top performing private equity platform. Meritocracy, Great co-invest opportunities, attractive cash comp, good carried interest. NY, SF and Miami are all powerhouse offices with great people.

Cons

Owned by founders. No real chance to own part of the GP.

Pros

Hybrid Schedule Sponsored meals Occasional group outings

Cons

Salary is low, if you’re hourly they complain if you work and accumulate over time. They are extremely toxic from the top down. Managers berate you, belittle you and purposely sabotage your annual reviews. They go out of their way to find errors in your work and antagonize you for it daily. They are disrespectful to employees and do not create a safe work place for anyone. The favoritism is obvious. There is absolutely no room to grow in any administrative roles. They would rather hire new than promote from within, regardless of how many years you have been there. People would prefer to switch departments and work under other teams than remain in the accounting or financial department. Everyone hates everyone and employees are scared to admit it.
