Open to lots of different concepts when it comes to design, great co-workers, casual apparel atmosphere

Really long hours, no parking (must move car to a closer range as its dangerous outside to walk out to your car during the night), rat infested building, not kept clean in the kitchen area and has one microwave that hardly works, doesn't promote employees, pays less than average
