      Cons

      Too many to name. Despite many changes, a very toxic place. Haven’t worked there since 2022 but friends and colleagues say it hasn’t improved. No room to move up or develop. No experienced leadership to nurture talent.

      Pros

      Gymshark really sticks to its core values. The people are awesome and great to work with. Excellent work-life balance.

      Cons

      As a UK-based company, working in the United States is tough sometimes. We often get information late from our UK partners. The company definitely needs to build out its US office more and add more vital job functions.
