good equipment, lots of available shifts

management not very supportive, lack of adequate training

its a job money decently managed good for progression

female colleagues are grown adults but are immature, bullies, speak badly about me to eachother but make sure they are in ear shot looking at me and giggling and put me down daily. not just coaches, also head coaches.
