      Pros

      One of the best parts of working here is the autonomy—you’re trusted to crack on and take ownership, which really fuels growth and creativity. The culture is genuinely supportive, and the people are both talented and down-to-earth and fun! The co-founders lead by example and are incredibly approachable. There's a real sense of momentum, and you feel like you're part of building something meaningful.

      Pros

      Everyone is so positive and helpful, right from the top down. The whole team are so passionate about the brand and are so motivated to help it succeed, it really feels like we are all on the journey together to continue the growth!

      Cons

      Very few, the benefits could be a little better but I know they will improve as we continue to grow :)
