      Fast Paced Fun Teams Good Location GREAT BENEFITS

      Culture's changing. Ever since the company that bought them out went Public, there's been a huge focus shift that killed the culture they used to have. They don't support marketing initiatives. Executives are still trying to figure out what new direction they're going in. ***Most of these issues are not directly Gyft's fault as they just don't have control of their marketing budget-- their parent company does.

      Pros

      Gyft is an amazingly collaborative environment where team members work hard but know how to have fun. The company does a great job of creating a very fun culture. I can honestly say that I enjoy coming to work because of the environment, the people I work with, and the overall business mission statement. Lastly, being a part of First Data opens so many doors. The acquisition has really helped the company scale.

      Cons

      Going from a smaller company to a large company is a hard transition, so Gyft is still figuring out how to get more closely aligned with First Data. This is slowly but surely happening
