The start was great as tours were recurrent and well payed, although under the average for Japan/other companies I worked for.

The emails and pressure started being too recurrent at the end. Even when I already had tours booked with them, the manager would send me a million messages asking for availability. Then one day I was booked for a 16 people tour, I cleared my schedule for it. A few hours before the tour, it was cancelled and I received NO MONEY to compensate for it (although refunds are a common practice in the area and it had happened to me before). The manager started ignoring my inquiries and I decided to stop working with them. Although I have asked plenty of times to disconnect with Guydeez, I still receive emails everyday.

Working hours of Guydeez are flexible.

Working hours are not stable as well.
