The job definitely gives you a lot of responsibility. Working in teams also gives you a chance work with all different kinds of people within the company.
Cons
Although given a lot of responsibility, this comes with unrealistic expectations coupled with old fashioned and out dated technology in an industry that is unwilling to change and adapt to the changing norms.
