Thank you for your feedback! At GURUS, we understand and are proud to offer work-life balance to our team. However, in our industry, there are sometimes crunch periods where we will ask our team members to temporarily have longer a longer work week in order to deliver a quality project to our client close to the go-live. This is always temporary and we do compensate our employees’ fairly. Once the crunch time is over, we try to encourage the team members to take time off as soon as it is feasible to be able to recuperate physically and mentally!
We understand that you were unsatisfied with your pay but we do want to assure you that we conduct a market research on compensation to offer a salary that is inline with the market and respectful of our employees’ skills and time. We try our best to be competitive in the market, but mostly, our priority is to be fair to our employees! We believe in the practices we currently have in place to create a positive employee experience but have always been transparent about improving ourselves.
