Pros
- Strong & transparent leadership - The leadership team is so supportive - Positive and encouraging environment - I want to be successful so my peers and the company can be successful - Great work/life balance - No 2 days looks the same which keeps my day to day job interesting - I truly enjoy working with each and every one of my coworkers. I have never worked a place that focuses so much on the people. - The product really rocks and its exciting to see it evolve - We work with awesome customers !
Cons
- Some growing pains. Guru is growing so quickly and we are starting to see some negatives from that rapid growth. 1. Communication is getting harder because there is just so much of it. But it is something the company is aware of and actively trying to address. 2. As we grow its getting more and more difficult to really know people in different departments. But, there are apps in place (like donut) to try and overcome that obstacle.
