It's easy to think knowledge management isn't the sexiest tech field, but with a team as committed, driven, and thoughtful as Guru it really feels like the most exciting work out there. The company is also invested in growing the diversity long before getting too big to fix it and ensuring their employees have lives - a major plus in comparison to most startups.
