      Pros

      You gain your paid time off rather quickly there. Benefits are good. 401K match is on the lower side of normal. Most the warehouse is climate controlled

      Cons

      Production runs 24/7 most of the year - so they have to work weekends and holidays. Yearly raises are not very good at all. Parts of the warehouse are not climate controlled and can get very hot in the summer.
