Pros

- Strong earning potential compared to many entry-level roles. - Fast-paced environment where you learn client communication, stakeholder management, sales, and project execution skills. - Clear opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and grow if you are proactive. - Supportive colleagues and a collaborative team culture, they are more than colleagues, but friends. - Exposure to different industries and senior professionals that can accelerate learning.

Cons

- This role/industry is not for everyone. It can be demanding, especially for those expecting a traditional 9 to 6 role with minimal pressure. - Performance expectations are high, and progression is tied to consistent results. - Can feel repetitive at times, particularly during the early stages of the role.

Pros

the only pros are the salary and two hybrid days

Cons

Do not take a job with Guidepoint, even if you were a strong student in college and consider yourself a hard worker. The project managers are fine, but the team leads are awful. You won’t learn any tangible skills; the work largely consists of reaching out to people on LinkedIn for hours on end. On top of that, they will let people go very easily. Stay away from this company.
