Pros
- Incredibly talented Studios team, not just skilled but also supportive and highly collaborative - A lot of independence to design independently, and feedback was always on-point and without ego - You can tell the leadership team cared about the employees and wanted the people to succeed in their jobs/roles; Studios in particular really tried to fulfill a successful content mission
Cons
- Financial challenges, the company was trying to sell both platform subscriptions while maintaining a content services business - Attrition, kept hiring good people but losing good people
