Terrible training - Underwent 2 weeks of training where the staff would disappear for hours at a time. I would soon be go after 60s days for essentially not knowing things I barely was trained for. Rude staff- Had the contractor of the team for one client completely ignore my presence when meeting onsite. Got a weird " diversity hire" comment from a coworker. Bathrooms had absolutely no feminine items in the bathroom on site. Treatly rudely and was asked if I really wanted my job because I was too busy taking calls to do the ticket queue. Mondays are the busiest days and time after time they would bother people mid call about the queue. Company was getting ready to loose client so we needed to be buckle down on breaks. Just told us not take any bathroom breaks at all. Overall felt like I genuinely wasn't welcome there at all.
