Few colleagues were very knowledgeable and helpful. Compensation was competitive.
Cons
Toxic culture and excessive workload. When hiring was made, proper training was not provided. It lacked organization and alignment cross- functionally and globally. Lack of transparency with HR regarding benefits, if any are provided. No employee handbook to refer to for guidance. HR was not adequately staffed.
