Pros
What's happening with the brand in terms of creative direction under Alessandro Michele is remarkable; so you'll get to experience what it's like working for a brand going through incredible sales and creative growth in real-time. You can meet other likeminded people interested in the fashion industry. You will get to see very interesting fashion pieces.
Cons
You will be on your feet ALOT. Some of my colleagues actually have developed plantar fasciitis or other issues with their feet because of the long periods of time your standing and climbing stairs with piles of shoes or in my case freight sometimes. The pay is underwhelming for the amount of actual responsibilities are you required of you. The scheduling is really difficult, changes all the time and over the holidays you will be working 10-12hr days if your short-staffed or if the traffic in your store is heavy. Management gossips about other employees and creates of culture of gossiping thus ensuring a toxic work environment where if you're like me and generally stay away from that it will be highly discouraging.
