Pros

Unlike any other place that I have worked and/or consulted, GuardiCore has the winning recipe. Our product is data-security; our strength is people. There is a culture at GuardiCore of family - we eat together, have games nights together, celebrate birthdays together, but, more importantly, we WIN together and we all take responsibility when we meet challenges that seem insurmountable. Every day is a "hack-a-thon" where each individual is pushed outside his/her comfort zone to become expert and to teach his/her colleagues. GuardiCore is an incubator for amazing ideas that are practical and that dazzle, wow, and benefit our world-class customers.

Cons

We are addicted to winning and achieving all of the time. At times, this comes at the expense of life balance. While the company espouses a healthy work-life balance, it's sometimes very difficult to leave.... because it's so much fun

Pros

Great company, outstanding product, great leadership, excellent culture and wonderful employees to work with. Each employee is truly valued as an essential part of the team. We are fortunate to be the best at what we do and it is overwhelmingly rewarding to continuously feel the love from senior leadership. We are one team with a common goal and everyone is eager to help one another reach and exceed expectations.

Cons

I honestly have none. We are growing in the the right direction and it's a honor and privilege to be apart of this winning, caring, and intelligent team. As we continue to grow, I am confident that the company will continue to invest in their employees and approach difficulties decisions with the utmost ethics.
