Learned so much about property management and maintenance, every week got to explore different aspects of the industry and went on field trips during the day. Very personable, as it is a smaller company, but everyone was so nice and gave a lot of freedom as long as you were putting effort into your job.

Easy interview process Clean environment

Upper management is rude and condescending. Was a nightmare to work for. Some of the staff are standoff-ish and some of the maintenance guys were terrible and grumpy 24/7. The pay was not enough to justify the amount of work that was expected. There are meetings every single morning that aren’t even necessary. They want you to recite the company values during these meetings like they’re a cult. Very weird vibes. I definitely would never recommend working for them unless you like this kind of environment.
