      Pros

      New management with a great vision in moving the company forward. They truly value their employees, or I wouldn't be here. There have been some obstacles from former management, but that is well in the rear view mirror and great strides in forward movement. Great benefits, great schedules wonderful co-workers!

      There are none that I'm a ware of.

      Guardian is growing a strong culture, the people that work there are fantastic.

      Cons

      Alaska is incredibly remote and it can be challenging to travel around the state.

      Cons

      They are wildly lacking in growth and opportunity. At the our location we are not even allowed to do our own maintenance documentation while performing work. Very disorganized in daily processes with poor communication. You just show up and find something to work on.
