cool job in the beginning

then you realize the field techs are treated like a complete afterthought. we are treated like dogs and barked at as such. we are overlooked. overworked and underpaid. they give recognition and awards to those who barely deserve it and the ones that do the actual hard work in the field get little to none. be wary coming here.
