      Pros

      Method of Change specialist for Guardian compliance great company great hours. Management at the local site was great and the regional management was also outstanding. never had to deal with corporate management

      Cons

      no payed holidays you have to save PTO in order to get payed for days that you have off because plant will not let you work.

      Good Hours, decent pay, fairly easy task

      Cons

      No raises EVER they start you off at a decent rate and leave you there, supervisor only think of themselves (advancement), benefits are not up to standards, no holidays pay NONE. The values of the company appear to be what is 1st for the company with little consideration for employers. This company had more people resigning or terminated in 3 months than I saw on one job in 5 year span, and this company is not very large, that alone speaks volumes and should say something to management.
