Pros
Gsolutionz is one of the only companies these days that actually offers a fully diverse well funded benefit package. The Medical plan alone includes 100% paid for employees, and includes dental and vision. I haven't seen anything like that since the early 90's. They also fully pay for long term disability, and standard term insurance. Once you throw in access to a Flex medical spending plan, 401k and AFLAC, they truly cover all the intangibles, that really add up to a robust approach to employee care. In the last year alone I know of 6 promotions, so for a company of it's size the opportunities for growth across the company are impressive.
Cons
I would have to say the one area that is less then ideal would be a regular review of standard compensation regarding salaries. There are annual reviews, but the approach to performance reviews is completely separate from compensation discussions, and that is very confusing.
