Amazing Company - Anonymous employee Grön Chocolate Employee Review

Easy entry into manufacturing, compressed schedule (4 shifts, 10 hours each, only weekdays) friendly people, they share new job listings with employees first, and recently unionized so hopefully a contract will fix the cons.

Didn’t give samples, barely any benefits, not much PTO/sick time, very unprofessional management, lots of callouts/firings making the environment more stressful than it needs to be.

None that I can think of except many coworkers are hard working and talented.

Leadership is awful. Toxicity and nepotism reigns. Pay is terrible. Vacation time terrible. They totally sell new employees on a culture that doesn't exist.
