Cons
Management/Department Leads are detached from subordinates, in regards team dynamic and social structure. They pander to the disgruntled and disenfranchised veteran employees who have no incentive to raise the bar. This is no secret, as it is something realized by new leaders brought on, ambitious and they themselves willing to bring change to the culture only to be yielded by those too hesitant and without appreciation for Total Person Approach. Poor turnover rate isn't anything new, hopefully their most recent EMS Scores is an awakening to their leaders.
