not professional, HR unable to control public shaming, ancient mindset - Operations Manager Groyyo Employee Review

- public shaming in public and whatsapp, cheap people - HR is poor - your salary can be cut anytime without being informed. HR made of junior ppl sitting in bangalore and mumbai. - IT team will remove this review before others can see (everything is hided even honest opinion on public) - IT trying very hard to make product but founder is unable to do anything. - does not feel like startup. even government job culture is much better. company needs to have good policies, value people and run it like professionals. company filled with family members, wife reporting to husband in same team.
