      Stress level is less. People are Good. Almost No Office Politics.

      Cons

      Random change in company priorities - all the time Founder lacks patience. There is a lot of Manipulation during salary negotiations. Random Office policy changes Upper Management is over-worked Good Talent is taken for granted

      Pros

      Good Exposure for freshers, There is a water cooler(if that counts as pros), There are 7+ camera inside 1500sq ft space so you are quite safe, School like atmosphere, a Teacher(in this case PM) will always monitor you ensuring you complete your work on time,

      Cons

      No Cons , just your PPO is dependent on the revenue of the company, which is fair.
